Leblok products are designed and manufactured to minimize exposure to Electromagnetic Radiation(EMR). There are however many environmental, medical and genetic, factors that cause health effects, failed pregnancies, or birth defects. Leblok Ltd specifically disclaims any and all responsibility for any health effects, failed pregnancy, birth defects, any other adverse outcome, or any health effect that may occur where the customer has been wearing Leblok products, including prior to and/or during pregnancy, or any effects that may occur, eventuate, manifest or transpire at any time subsequent to the birth.
GENERAL
The failure or delay of Leblok Ltd to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Leblok Ltd’s right to enforce that right.
SHIPMENTS
*IMPORTANT: Orders from Europe will be subject to the local rate of VAT and duty at the local rate, payable to the freight company prior to delivery. Orders from outside Europe will be subject to duty at the local rate. The customer is solely responsible for payment. By placing the order you agree to these conditions.
Customers from outside the UK have not been charged VAT at the point of sale.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the first-class post. Holiday periods or industrial disputes may cause additional delays. If you prefer delivery by DHL or special delivery with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if appropriate.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
AVAILABILITY
Availability of goods can vary from day to day. Where an order has been placed and the goods are not in stock, the purchaser will be notified within two working days and advised of stock availability dates. If the purchaser then wishes to cancel the order, Leblok will refund the payment within 2 working days.
RETURNS
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Where the product and packaging are not received packaged in the same condition, then Leblok will return to the customer if requested, provided the customer has paid the new outward shipping cost.
Any purchaser who may be sensitive to the material fabric or any of the products used in the manufacturing process should contact Leblok Ltd in order to satisfy themselves that the material is appropriate before making a purchase. If in doubt Leblok will endeavor to provide a sample of the material where appropriate prior to purchase.
Products cut to size or made especially for a particular or bespoke request cannot be refunded or replaced, unless PROVEN to be defective or not fit for purpose when received. In which case an independent third-party expert report should be submitted by a suitably qualified party.
The purchaser is responsible for return freight and consignments sent freight-forward will not be accepted.
The limit for returns is 7 days after the order or in line with Internet Commerce trading Laws ‘cooling off’ period.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Scottish Law will apply at all times and to the absolute exclusion of any local, state, federal or national statutes, laws, or regulations applicable in the purchaser’s country of residence or the destination country to which the goods were consigned. Goods returned due to manufacturing defects will be replaced with those of the same size. The purchaser is responsible for return freight and consignments sent freight-forward will not be accepted. Leblok Ltd will pay freight charges for replacement goods supplied under this warranty.
